Privacy notice

Effective August 21, 2026

This notice explains what Vloom collects when someone contacts the studio, why it is used, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Information you choose to send

The contact form may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number and website, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. It may also record the page and campaign that led to the request so Vloom can understand which outreach is useful.

How the information is used

Vloom uses contact details to respond, prepare a requested visibility snapshot or proposal, deliver services, maintain a business record of the conversation, and protect the form from abuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. When the online contact workflow is enabled, form verification may be processed by Cloudflare Turnstile, lead records may be stored with Neon, and notification email may be delivered through Resend. These providers process information only to provide their services to Vloom.

Retention and sharing

Vloom keeps inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal obligations. Vloom does not sell personal information and does not turn a service inquiry into marketing consent.

Cookies and hosting logs

Vloom does not currently use advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process basic request information, such as device, browser, and network data, to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information Vloom has about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when it is no longer required. Contact Vloom using either option below.
