Privacy notice

This notice explains what Vloom collects when someone visits the website or contacts the studio, why it is used, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Information you choose to send
The contact form may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number and website, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. The visibility-snapshot intake collects your name, email, business name, website, business category, customer market, and the customer-style question generated from those answers. If you allow optional measurement, the forms may also attach the landing path, campaign fields, and a Google Ads click identifier to the request so Vloom can understand which referrals are useful.
How the information is used
Vloom uses contact details to respond, prepare a requested website quote, visibility snapshot, or proposal, deliver services, maintain a business record of the conversation, and protect the forms from abuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Visibility snapshots
Visibility-snapshot requests are currently reviewed manually. The submitted business and contact details are emailed directly to Vloom so the requested first-ten check can be prepared and returned to you. The website does not currently send these details to an automated visibility provider.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies public form submissions, Google Workspace delivers each accepted request to Vloom's Gmail inbox, and consent-controlled Google Analytics measures website use. When Vloom links the Analytics property to Google Ads, selected conversion events and campaign attribution may be shared between those Google services. These providers process information to host, protect, measure, and deliver the requested communication.
Retention and sharing
Vloom keeps inquiry emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain accurate business records, and meet legal obligations. Vloom does not sell personal information and does not turn a service inquiry into marketing consent.
Analytics, cookies, and hosting logs
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity also collects browsing interactions, device information, heatmaps, and masked session replays to help Vloom improve navigation and usability. Clarity does not load before consent, on enquiry-form pages, or on pages with URL query parameters or fragments. All page text is masked; we do not send names, email addresses, form answers, or custom user identifiers to Clarity. Clarity advertising storage is denied. Microsoft processes usage data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Declining measurement keeps both optional tools off. This expanded measurement choice is requested again even if you previously allowed Google Analytics.
The Google tag loads only after you select “Allow measurement.” It may then use identifiers or cookies, including advertising storage, to measure page views, navigation, referral sources, advertising attribution, and successful request delivery. Vloom keeps advertising-user-data collection and ad personalization disabled and does not use this consent for remarketing, Customer Match, or enhanced conversions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, and messages are not sent in Analytics conversion events. Raw Google click identifiers may be attached to the request delivered to Vloom, but are not added as Analytics event parameters. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. Reopen Cookie preferences in any page footer to change it. Withdrawing consent clears site-owned measurement cookies and saved campaign attribution. If measurement has already loaded, the page reloads to stop it. Form protection and the saved privacy choice are not removed.
You can decline without losing access to the website and can reopen the choice below. Hosting and security providers may still process basic request information, such as device, browser, and network data, to deliver and protect the website.
